Recruitment

At NHP,  we  value  our workers and regard them as our best  asset. We therefore  take great care in recruiting, training and supervising our staff.  Among some of the key  qualities  we seek  to find in potential candidates  are  individuals  who are humane,  empathetic and comfortable  working  with the  vulnerable people we serve.

Through our rigorous recruitment procedures which involve a thorough face-to-face interview, Police checks, medical screening/ declarations  and references from previous employers, we are able to recruit only the best people; with a potential to share our principles and values.

Requirements for Registration

In order to apply for  nursing/domiciary care jobs, we require candidates who are able to communicate clearly in English; both spoken and in writing. They must also be able to work flexible hours and available on short notice, at times.

In addition all our new employees are inducted  to NHP`s key company policies, procedures and business ethoes  before they start work with us.
