What about NHP?

NHP is a domiciliary care agency providing a top quality personal and social care service to people in their own homes. Our services are provided from as little as one (1) hour to 24/7 live-in care and support.

Do you undertake checks on your staff before assignments?

At NHP we take great care in recruiting and supervising our staff. Before we assign them to work with our clients; our workers will have undergone thorough medical screening, a formal interview, Police checks at enhanced level, reference checks, induction to our company policies and their role as a carer.

What type of clients do you support?

We support people with all sort of disabilities, elderly people over 65, terminally ill people and people approaching end of life

What services do you offer ?

Our Services include but not limited to; elderly care (practical help and support at home), personal care (including washing, dressing, toileting, encouragement and emotional support), live-in 24hr care, respite at home, holiday care, cleaning and domestic help

What are your charge rates?

We offer flexible hourly rates as well as fixed term rates. We believe our rates are affordable and yet we are often always willing to negotiate. Contact us to recieve our Brochure with a list of all our charge rates.

How do you supervise your workers to ensure quality of their work?

We do this in many ways e.g. by undertaking unsolicited spot checks and random telephone check calls to clients` homes/places of business while our staff are on duty and through supervision and appraisals. We also carry out periodic satisfaction surveys on all our clients and staff.

What if I am unhappy with your services? How do I complain?

We have a clear Complaints procedure which starts either by calling us or sending us a written complaint. We take all complaints, compliments and comments very serious and in accordance with our Complaints policy, we aim to resolve complaints in the shortest possible time
